In Philadelphia, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Pennsylvania, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (215) 353-7155. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 131 reviews, which is a strong result for a wheel alignment service in Philadelphia and suggests consistent service.
Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Philadelphia is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

One of the most honest shops I've been to. I came in for a wheel alignment thinking that was the cause of the humming noise in my car. Gina called me and told me it wasn't the alignment but they'll diag the sound for me to be sure. It turned out to be 3 wheel bearings! When I got the car back it was quiet as the day I got it. Just keep in mind it's first come first served so plan around having to wait a bit or leave the car. They'll communicate any change orders to you so you're always aware of what's going on.

Gina is the best! I hit a curb and need a whole knee assembly replacement. Ordered the part and she took care of the rest. I also got my car alignment and rotation done here. This places does honest and really good work. Im so glad i found them and this is my new go to spot. Don't hesitate to come here you won't regret it.

Great staff, fair prices, and zero pressure to buy unnecessary extras. They’re completely transparent about what your vehicle actually needs. Because they’re incredibly busy, I highly recommend arriving an hour before they open to secure a spot!

This might be a bit long winded, so I apologize ahead of time. I did not know at the time how fortunate I was to be referred to I.T Auto Wheel Alignment & Service several years ago for something minor with my vehicle. A year later, I had a more serious issue with my vehicle. I did not want to take it to the dealership. I took it to a local shop & they were unable to accurately pinpoint the issue. I then remembered I.T Auto. I did not want to drive all the way there & they not be able to fix the issue as well. I took the chance and drove nearly 85 miles to I.T Auto. Gina indeed fixed the issue with my vehicle. Gina is knowledgeable & fair with pricing when it comes to fixing vehicles. I will not take my Mercedes to anyone else other than Gina because of the trust I have in her. Even if I have to wake up at sunrise & drive 85 miles, it's worth it. Gina is the absolute BEST.

Very good service with affordable price. Did an alignment and it cost only $60. However, it's crowded so I have to get in line for an hour before they open to get the alignment done quickly. No complaint at all, crowd = good + affordable service.
